All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, Vortex is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal carrier directly for assistance. 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll do our best to make it right.
